When will my order ship? Our products typically ship within 3-5 days after you've placed the order.

Will I get an email with my order details? Yes! We'll promptly send you an email summarizing all the details as soon as your order is placed.

Can I cancel my order? Yes, we will ship the item to your address. However, if you wish to cancel, you can return the item(s) to us upon receipt, and upon inspection, we will issue a FULL refund.

What is the exchange/return policy? We prioritize your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with our products, we're happy to offer a full refund.

Step 1: Email us with your order # and name, with the subject "Refund Request". List your product and reason for return.

Step 2: Our team will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with our address for return shipment.

Step 3: Ship your item back to us. Once received, we'll inspect it.

Step 4: If all is in order, we'll issue a full refund for your item plus an additional $5 (as a token of apology). You'll receive an email confirming the details, and the refunded amount will be deposited back into your account.

What payment methods are accepted? We accept all major credit cards from any country, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dankort, Discover, Cirrus, and more.

Are there any additional fees I have to pay? No, we never charge handling or processing fees.

Who ships my package? Canadian orders are delivered via Canada Post. US orders are delivered by either e-packet or Korea Post. International orders may be delivered by Korea Post, e-packet, or a local mail courier, depending on available service.

How fast is the delivery time? Delivery typically takes between 7-30 days.
